About Kim

I am the lab engineer in the Electrical Systems & Engineering department at the University of Pennsylvania where I get to work alongside the amazing staff in the Peter Detkin Lab and support bright and aspiring students from all walks of life. I also have a secondary appointment as adjunct lecturer where I teach ESE519: Real-time Embedded Systems in the fall and ESE350 in the spring.

My primary professional interests lie in embedded systems, STEM education, and printed circuit board (PCB) design. I am available for contract work and consulting on STEM curriculum development from the K-12 level to higher education. Send me an email to start the conversation.

Outside of engineering, I bake copious amount of naturally leavened bread and practice ashtanga.
